Mistake confession
Last week, Stephen got a good grade in the history test and he showed it to his parents when he returned home. His father gave him some money as a reward in order to encourage his study, but his mother was surprised. She knew that her son would not be able to get such a good grade. Therefore, his mother asked him if he had done the test himself or with help from another. After a few minutes, he admitted having used cheat sheets during the test so his mother told him to tell the truth to his teacher and make an apology.
The following day, he decided to speak out the truth. He met his teacher after class to tell him about this and his teacher complimented him on his courage. The teacher said “Those who make mistakes but are courageous to confess their mistakes are good people.”
