The difference between COME and GO
It's not easy to choose correctly between come and go. In general, come is used for a movement to the place where the speaker or listener is, and go is used for others movements.

When did you come to live here?
Can I come and see you?
Go away!
I want to go and live in Greece.
Let's go and see Peter and Diane.
If one is talking about the past or future, come is generally used for movements to a place where the speaker or listener already... The use of HAD BETTER
Typical mistakes: * You have better hurry up. * You had better hurry up.
The expression had better is followed by the infinitive without to. The meaning is present or future, not past. When we say that somebody had better do something, we don't usually mean that the action recommended would be better than another one - we simply mean that he ought to do it. (In other words, there is no usually an idea of comparison in this expression, despite the use of the word better.)
*Good heavens... The difference between BRING and TAKE
Typical mistake: "Let's have some more drink, and I'll bring you back home."
It is not always easy to choose corrctly between these words. Basically, bring is used for a movement towards the person who is speaking or writing; take (in one sense) is used for movements in other directions.

These words have similar meanings and uses. Permit is more formal. Both words can be followed by object + infinitive

Passive structures are common; personal subjects and gerund (-ing form) subjects are both posible.
